Hi. I’m Karen, a wife, a mother to teens, a nurse, a nutritionist, a food blogger, a Buddhist, an aspiring writer. Oh, and I have multiple sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis is a on-going autoimmune condition that has no cure. There’s around 2.5 million people around the world with MS. There’s 100,000 of us in the UK. Whilst we will have some things in common, each person with MS experiences their disease differently, so making us as unique as snowflakes.

Many symptoms of MS are invisible to other people. We can look fine to the untrained eye, but under the surface all sorts of odd things are going on.
